NJSCA Artist Fellowships

I came across this today:

This year the NJ state Council on the Arts will offer Artist Fellowships in: photography, sculpture, crafts, interdisciplinary performance, prose,poetry,and playwriting. The selection program is administered by the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation, 201 N Charles St., suite 401, Baltimore, MD 21201. Applications are available at Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation

Only two blocks from Newark Penn Station!

I was randomly walking through Newark (it's a habit) and I came across this place. At the time, it was closed with a Coming Soon! sign on it. Well, yesterday, I saw that it is open. It looks incredible! I think I am going to persuade some of my classmates to have lunch here tommorow and maybe I can take some pictures.

It looks really upscale, chic, and just an overrall cool spot.

I came across this place while trying to find out if Savoy's was back in business. Since Savoy's seems to be a no-go, this place will take over as THE spot on Park Place.. It looks like a hip and happening place. I see Jill Scott hosted a party there last month. I am going to check this place out and give it a more accurate depiction, but check this joint out!!!
